arl Vaudrin is a Los Angeles based composer, music producer and pianist. Recently, Carl's musical journey has included a stint as musical director for the Spanish tour of "Cavalia," the famous equestrian show. He also recently completed synthestrator work for award-winning videogame composer Lennie Moore on The Watchmen Comic Motion Picture. His work as a music producer includes the Canadian singers Ingrid St- Pierre's album "Une Luciole sur un High" (2007).
He has performed as keyboardist with many Quebec rock bands, Empreinte Galactique, Longue Distance, Maraudeur, Renzo. As a jazz pianist Carl takes part of the Projet Bleu Ciel and Julie Hamelin All-star band. Commercial work includes the original music for Vedana Bain Ultra concept, scored with collaborator Jeannot Bournival.
His education includes undergraduate work in piano Jazz performance at McGill University in Montreal, a college diploma (DEC) in Jazz and popular music from Cégep de Drummondville, and recently completed a certificate in Film Scoring through UCLA Extension in 2008.
